MTI Learning Inc. is the newest part of the MTI Group of Companies. MTI has been providing project management services for over 10 years. With focus in training development, instructional design and educational-based projects, along with technology programs, MTI Learning offers a wealth of experience through our material and instructors. MTI Learning designed the Rescue My Project™ methodology, an innovative new way of looking at rescuing troubled projects. MTI Learning offers the Rescue My Project™ methodology as one of many exciting programs.

Brian H. Munroe, PMP

MTI’s Founder and CEO, Brian H. Munroe, is a seasoned leader with solid project & program management, customer service and account management experience. He is currently a member of the Project Management Institute and is the President & Chairman of the Board for the Troubled Projects SIG. Brian has led many projects in the technology, education, financial, utility and health care sectors, and consults to a number of these industries on project management best practices.  As a skilled international public speaker and trainer, Brian has had the opportunity to partner effectively with customers in Canada, the United States, Australia and parts of Europe and Asia. He is an expert at implementing sound project management principles and best practices and enjoys sharing his experiences.

Michel Sallenave

Michel Sallenave is an experienced training specialist with expertise in managing technical training development and delivery. Michel has over 15 years of experience in the technical training and telecommunication field, including four years running his own training agency. Mr. Sallenave is an excellent communicator and facilitator in multi-team projects and environments. He is an accomplished manager with excellent leadership and staff development skills, and an expert at breaking down complex projects into prioritized tasks while ensuring operational and financial objectives are achieved. With an educational background in Computer Science and Adult Learning, Michel Sallenave brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

Walter A. Viali, PMP

Walter A. Viali is a Principal Consultant and co-founder of PMO To Go LLC, a Project Management training and consulting company in Houston, Texas. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and was a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) for several years. Walter is also a Certified Project Management Instructor and an experienced Joint Application Development (JAD) Facilitator. As a Project Management Consultant, Walter provides services on all aspects of Strategic Planning, Process, Project Portfolio Management and Project Management Office (PMO) implementation. Walter was a member of the PMI team that developed the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3), released at the end of 2003. He has performed several process assessments based on the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM), as well as Portfolio, Program and Project Management assessments based on OPM3. He has also led over 4,500 hours of Facilitated Joint Application Development sessions in the U.S., Europe and Asia in all phases of strategic planning, application development and process redesign. He is a frequent speaker at seminars, conferences and PMI events. Walter was the 2007 President of the PMI Houston Chapter, one of the largest PMI Chapters in the world.

Dr. Jean-Paul Sallenave

Dr Jean-Paul Sallenave is a recognized author, educator and international consultant in the field of corporate strategy and decision-making.  He has worked all over the world for large corporations, universities and government agencies, and knows how cultural differences between people, institutions and countries affect their decision-making process.  He believes that there is no such thing as a right decision, only intelligent ones, which are more likely to turn out right than wrong.  Dr Sallenave is the founder of the Centre for Research in Strategy and volunteers with several non-profit organizations.  He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
