Rescue My Team™

Course Prerequisites

None.

Course Overview

Our interactive, instructor led course is designed to give project team members insight into why teams are important, the impacts of dysfunctional teams and the symptoms, causes and categories of team troubles. This course will enable participants to identify the human factors that are an inevitable influence on projects. Participants will be taken through the Rescue My Team™ framework and provided with the understanding, tools and techniques to ensure a solid foundation is built for the team in which there exists healthy conflict, trust, accountability, responsibility, growth and commitment.

Course Benefits

Even with the best planned projects, if the project team is in a dysfunctional state, the brilliance of those plans will never be realized. The human factor in projects is an often overlooked dynamic that has tremendous impact – positive or negative – on the outcome of a project. A healthy project team that is functioning in a trusting, collaborative environment is almost guaranteed success. Course participants will gain understanding of what it takes to create a team environment that is geared for success and will be given the tools and techniques to make it happen.

Who Should Attend

Executives, project managers, and any project team members who want to understand the dynamics of a well functioning, healthy project team and the role we all play in creating this environment. This course can be structured for individuals who want to improve their own understanding and bring that knowledge back to their projects, or for entire intact project teams that want to improve their ability to work together effectively.
