Course Prerequisites
Base understanding of project management principles is required, either through completion of an introductory project management course, or through experience and knowledge of the PMBOK.
Course Overview
Participate in a new and unique program for Project Managers! You and other Project Managers will learn how to Rescue Troubled Projects and how to be an effective entrepreneurial leader! Delivered in person by Brian Munroe and Chris Castillo, you will learn from two experts on how to best save projects and how to be an effective leader. You will be more knowledgeable about rescuing projects, you will be more confident as a world-class leader.
